A membership card is no longer needed to be part of Loop^TM. When shopping at Levi's^®, be sure to mention you're a Loop^TM member to receive your Loop^TM benefits. For members who joined Loop^TM prior to May 2017 and have a card, when your instore next we'll update your details so you'll no longer need a card.

Your username is the email address you provided instore when you joined Loop^TM, not your membership card number. Your password was emailed to you as part of your welcome email. Don't forget, until you activate your account, you won't be able to log in. Please allow 24hours from activating your account before logging in.

Of course, when you're logged in, visit My Profile and select Change My Password.
